​GIFT VOUCHERS.

Gift vouchers are available on all Treatments and Services and most promotions. They can also be purchased simply for a set amount to let the lucky recipient choose for themselves. Gift vouchers can be arranged via email and either posted to a desired address or collected from us directly. All vouchers from Pure Balance are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

MAKING A BOOKING.

All Spa treatments must be paid for 24 hours in advance or when booking. Payments can be taken directly over the phone. All othe bookings must be made with the Trainers or Therapists directly. The best ways to conatct us are detailed on our Contact page. If use of the Spa facilities is included with your appointment this will be for 1 hour only before your appointment. This must be confirmed when booking.

CANCELATIONS.

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason please let us know within 12 hours of your booking. If you do not turn up for a booking that is part of a block of appointments you will still be charged.

PAYMENTS.

Payments for all Treatments and Services are paid to the Trainers and Therapists directly. All Trainers and Therapists at Pure Balance are self-employed contractors based at Pure Balance. They are not an employees of Pure Balance UK Ltd or its management company. Pure Balance and its management have no involvement in their transactions. We accept cash and card payments (using Paypal Secure Payments).​
